Keep Your Business Running While We Work
The #1 concern business owners have about commercial painting is downtime. Will you have to close? Will customers be affected? Will your employees be breathing paint fumes?
At Broadway Painting Solutions, we’ve painted hundreds of commercial properties — restaurants, offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities — without a single day of forced closure. Here’s how.
After-Hours and Weekend Painting
Most of our commercial projects happen when your business is closed. We routinely work evenings, nights, and weekends. For restaurants, we paint between closing and opening. For offices, we work after 6 PM and on weekends.
Phased Scheduling
For larger projects that can’t be done overnight, we divide the work into phases. We’ll paint one section while the rest of your space stays operational. Common phasing strategies:
- Floor-by-floor in multi-story buildings
- Wing-by-wing in large offices
- Front-of-house / back-of-house in restaurants
- Unit-by-unit in apartment complexes
Low-VOC and No-VOC Paints
We use low-VOC and no-VOC commercial paints that minimize odor and off-gassing. In most cases, painted areas can be occupied the next morning with no detectable smell.
Communication Is Everything
Every commercial client gets a dedicated project manager who provides daily updates, coordinates access with your building management, and handles any schedule changes proactively.
Our Commercial Track Record
We’ve painted for Taco Bell, Qdoba, Kroger, CVS, Ruby Tuesday, and Consumers Energy — brands that cannot afford to close. If we can keep a restaurant open during a full repaint, we can handle your project.
